Demand Planning Specialist

This role focuses on optimizing inventory levels and ensuring product availability to meet customer demand. The Demand Planning Specialist will be responsible for forecasting, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and business insights.
Analyze historical data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify demand patterns.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align demand plans with business objectives.
Monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in the development and implementation of demand planning processes and tools.
Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration).
5-9 years of experience in demand planning or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in forecasting techniques and statistical modeling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with demand planning software.
