Talent Acquisition Executive / Sr. Executive

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and feedback.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
