Tamil Voice Process Executive

This role involves providing excellent customer service and support through voice interactions, primarily in the Tamil language. The ideal candidate will be articulate, empathetic, and possess strong communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound customer calls and emails.
Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns.
Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
Documenting customer interactions and feedback.
Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Fluency in Tamil and English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Basic computer literacy.
