Infrastructure Operations Analyst

This role focuses on supporting and maintaining critical infrastructure components within a dynamic operational environment. The Infrastructure Operations Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of systems, contributing to the smooth delivery of essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents.
Implement and maintain infrastructure solutions.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in infrastructure operations or a related field.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
