Manager Data QA

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and integrity of data used within our organization. The Data QA Manager will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying and resolving data-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data quality testing strategies and methodologies.
Design, create, and execute test cases for data validation and reconciliation.
Identify, document, and track data defects, working with development teams to resolve them.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns in data quality issues.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure data quality requirements are met.
Automate data quality testing processes where possible.
Maintain data quality documentation and standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in data quality assurance and testing.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
Experience with data quality tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks.
