Lims Support Engineer

This role involves providing technical support and maintenance for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). The Lims Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the LIMS, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users with their queries. This position requires a strong understanding of LIMS functionality and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LIMS users.
Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
Assist in the configuration and customization of the LIMS.
Develop and maintain documentation for LIMS users.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues.
