Executive - Ecommerce Operations

This role focuses on ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the online sales process, from order fulfillment to customer support, contributing to a positive customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and optimizing ecommerce operations processes.
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technology, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to online orders and transactions.
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data and inventory levels.
Implementing and maintaining security protocols to protect customer data and prevent fraud.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations or a related field.
Strong understanding of ecommerce principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
Detail-oriented and organized with a strong focus on accuracy.
