Sr. Modeling Design Engineer

This role focuses on the design and modeling of semiconductor devices, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for a wide range of applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and validating models, ensuring the performance and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain models for semiconductor devices.
Perform simulations and analysis to verify design performance.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure model accuracy and relevance.
Contribute to the improvement of modeling methodologies and tools.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and modeling techniques.
Experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with Verilog or VHDL is a plus.
