HR Business Development

This role focuses on supporting the growth and development of a dynamic team within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment.
Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
