Digital Front End Lead

This role is focused on leading the development of user-facing features and ensuring a high-quality user experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader with a passion for building scalable and maintainable front-end applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers.
Design and implement robust, reusable, and testable front-end components.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and trends.

Requirements/Qualifications

8 to 13 years of experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
