Service Technician Engineer

This role involves providing technical support and maintenance services for air tools and related equipment. The Service Technician Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in air tools.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of air tools.
Test and calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Provide technical support and training to clients.
Order and manage spare parts inventory.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a service technician or engineer, preferably with air tools or similar equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
