Our mission is to bring human context back into hiring through AI-enabled conversations. --- ### Role Overview We are seeking a visionary **Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)** to define, build, and scale the Hudson Signals brand globally. This is not a traditional SaaS marketing role. You will shape a **category-defining narrative** at the intersection of: - 🤖 AI + Hiring - 💬 Conversation + Signal - 🧠 Human judgment + Automation You will own the end-to-end marketing function—from positioning and storytelling to growth and demand generation—while working closely with the CEO and product leadership to establish Hudson Signals as a **thought leader in the future of hiring.** --- ### Key Responsibilities **1. Category Creation & Positioning** - Define and own the category narrative: *"From resumes to real conversations"* - Establish Hudson Signals as the leader in conversation-first hiring - Translate product capabilities into compelling market positioning - Drive messaging that differentiates from ATS, resume filters, and traditional HR tech **2. Brand & Thought Leadership** - Build a strong executive and company voice across LinkedIn, industry events, publications, and podcasts - Develop high-impact content around hiring inefficiencies, AI misuse in recruitment, and recruiter empowerment - Position the company as a **movement**, not just a product **3. Demand Generation & Growth** - Design and execute scalable growth strategies: - Inbound marketing (content, SEO, thought leadership) - Product-led growth (PLG) - Targeted outbound campaigns - Optimize conversion funnels from landing pages → demos → adoption - Leverage data to continuously improve CAC, LTV, and funnel efficiency **4. Product Marketing** - Partner with product and engineering to launch new features and capabilities - Craft clear messaging and use cases - Develop sales enablement materials: pitch decks, case studies, and competitive positioning **5. Customer & Market Insights** - Deeply understand recruiters, staffing agencies, and hiring managers - Translate customer feedback into messaging refinement and product insights - Identify emerging trends in AI hiring and HR tech **6. Team Building & Leadership** - Build and lead a high-performance marketing team across content, growth, brand, and product marketing - Establish KPIs, dashboards, and execution cadence - Foster a culture of **experimentation and accountability** --- ### Qualifications **Required** - 10+ years in marketing leadership roles (preferably in SaaS, AI, or HR tech) - Proven experience in category creation or early-stage scaling - Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills - Experience with product-led growth and modern GTM strategies - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities **Preferred** - Experience in HR Tech, recruiting platforms, or talent marketplaces - Familiarity with AI/ML product marketing - Background in startup or high-growth environments - Strong personal brand or thought leadership presence --- ### What Success Looks Like - Hudson Signals becomes a recognized **category leader** in AI-driven conversational hiring - Clear differentiation from traditional ATS and resume-based systems - Strong inbound demand driven by thought leadership - High-quality pipeline from recruiters and staffing firms - A brand that resonates with both **efficiency and humanity** in hiring --- ### Why This Role Matters > Most marketing roles scale products. > **This role defines a new way of thinking about hiring.** You won't just generate demand—you'll help reshape how companies evaluate people. --- ### Compensation - 💰 Competitive salary + equity - 📈 Performance-based incentives - 🌍 Flexible work environment
