Collections Lead II

This role involves leading and managing a team of collections specialists, ensuring the efficient and effective recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining excellent customer service. The Collections Lead will be responsible for coaching, training, and performance management of team members, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of collections specialists.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues.
Prepare reports on collection activities and performance metrics.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in collections or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
