Assistant Manager - Project Sourcing Coordination

This role involves managing and coordinating project sourcing activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and successful project delivery. The Assistant Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified resources, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and adhering to established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end project sourcing process, from requirements gathering to resource onboarding.
Identify and evaluate potential vendors and resources based on project needs.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely resource allocation.
Maintain accurate records of vendor performance and project resource utilization.
Monitor and manage project budgets related to sourcing and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
6 to 11 years of experience in project sourcing, vendor management, or related roles.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in audit and financial services is a plus.
