Asst Manager Landscape Architect

This role involves overseeing and contributing to the design and implementation of landscape projects, ensuring aesthetic appeal, functionality, and sustainability. The Landscape Architect will work closely with project teams to deliver high-quality landscapes that meet client expectations and adhere to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop landscape designs and plans, incorporating client requirements and site conditions.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
Select appropriate plants, materials, and equipment for landscape projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and environmental standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
7 to 10 years of experience in landscape design and project management.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
Strong knowledge of plant materials, landscape construction techniques, and sustainable design principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
