Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of governance and risk management programs.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Significant experience (10-20 years) in governance, risk, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and implement governance and risk management programs.
- Strong ethical compass and commitment to integrity.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, GRCP) are a plus.
