Governance, Risk, and Compliance

This role focuses on ensuring the organization operates with robust governance structures, effectively manages risks, and maintains compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The position requires a proactive individual capable of identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks while promoting a culture of ethical conduct and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement governance frameworks and policies.
Identify and assess potential risks across the organization.
Design and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of governance and risk management programs.
Provide guidance and training to employees on governance, risk, and compliance matters.
Conduct internal audits and investigations as needed.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience (10-20 years) in governance, risk, and compliance.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to develop and implement governance and risk management programs.
Strong ethical compass and commitment to integrity.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CRISC, CISA, GRCP) are a plus.
