Branch Manager

This role involves leading and managing a branch office, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and providing excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will be responsible for building and motivating a team of financial advisors, adhering to regulatory compliance, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and managing a team of financial advisors to achieve sales goals.
Providing coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Monitoring branch performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
