Record to Report (R2R) AM/DM Manager

This role is focused on managing and overseeing the Record to Report function within a dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting and financial reporting expertise, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
