Quality Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the manufacturing process. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify defects and non-conformances.
Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
4 to 8 years of experience in quality engineering.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
Experience with statistical process control (SPC).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
