ServiceNow HR Specialist

This role focuses on providing ServiceNow expertise within a Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) context. The specialist will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform to streamline HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules related to HR service delivery.
Develop and maintain workflows, automations, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow users.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.
Understanding of HR processes and workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
