Solutions Engineer

This role focuses on providing technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring the effective implementation and utilization of Trend Micro's security solutions. The Solutions Engineer will work closely with sales teams and customers to understand their needs, design tailored security architectures, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess client environments and identify security vulnerabilities.
Design and implement security solutions based on client requirements.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute security strategies.
Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and technologies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of security principles and technologies.
Experience with network security, endpoint security, and cloud security.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
