Delivery Fleet Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery fleet operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. The Delivery Fleet Manager will be a key contributor to the company's logistics strategy, driving improvements in operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the delivery fleet.
Optimize delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with service providers.
Track and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Manage driver performance and provide training as needed.
Address and resolve delivery-related issues and customer complaints.
Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and expenses.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in fleet management or a related logistics role.
Strong understanding of delivery operations and logistics principles.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
