Senior Manager - D2C

This role is responsible for leading and executing the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) strategy, driving growth and enhancing customer engagement. The Senior Manager will oversee all aspects of the D2C channel, from product development and marketing to order fulfillment and customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall D2C strategy aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize the D2C platform, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience.
Lead marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on the D2C channel.
Oversee product selection and merchandising for the D2C platform.
Manage order fulfillment and logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and customer service.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in D2C.
