Group Product Manager

This role is focused on leading and shaping the product strategy for a key area within Zydus Lifesciences. The Group Product Manager will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This position requires a strong understanding of product management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed product specifications.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features.
Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Communicate product updates and roadmap to stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications:

6-8 years of experience in product management.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
