Production Merchandiser

This role involves overseeing the production and merchandising processes for home furnishing products. The Production Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring product quality, timely delivery, and effective presentation to meet customer demand and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the production process from sourcing to delivery.
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to optimize production efficiency.
Developing and implementing merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Managing inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
Working closely with design and marketing teams to ensure product alignment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 8 years of experience in production merchandising, preferably in the home furnishing industry.
Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
