SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

This role focuses on supporting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining the LMS module, ensuring it aligns with business requirements and delivers a seamless learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors LMS to meet client needs.
Develop and maintain LMS content and assessments.
Provide support and troubleshooting for LMS users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Participate in the implementation and upgrade of SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
Ensure data integrity and security within the LMS.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
Strong understanding of learning management principles.
