Accounts Executive - Payable/Receivable

This role is focused on managing the accounts payable and receivable functions within a dynamic and growing organization. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections, contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing.
Handle accounts receivable activities, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.
Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Prepare reports related to accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications

3 to 6 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
