Corporate Sales AVP/VP/SVP - EB/Non-EB - Insurance Broking

This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead and expand the corporate sales division within a leading insurance broking firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across various business lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

Negotiate and close complex insurance broking deals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
Strong leadership and management skills.

Deep understanding of insurance products and risk management principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
