Territory Manager

This role involves managing and expanding Atria Convergence Technologies' presence within a designated territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications:

4 to 9 years of experience in sales or business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the telecommunications or related industry is a plus.
