Talent Acquisition Executive

This role is focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growth of Mavericks Education. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
