Information Security Risk Manager

This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and mitigating information security risks within an organization. The Information Security Risk Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and controls to protect sensitive data and systems. This position requires a strong understanding of risk management principles, security frameworks, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
Monitor security systems and investigate security incidents.
Provide security awareness training to employees.
Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to address security concerns.
Manage and maintain security tools and technologies.
Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Requirements/Qualifications:

8 to 18 years of experience in information security.
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of relevant security regulations and standards.
