Director - Facilities

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for employees and operations. The Director of Facilities will develop and implement strategies to optimize facility performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement facility management strategies and policies.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
Manage facility budgets and contracts with vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinate space planning and relocation projects.
Manage security systems and protocols.
Oversee building operations, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Lead and mentor a team of facility management professionals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (20-25 years) in facility management.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Strong knowledge of building systems and operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
