Senior Circle Head - Bancassurance Alliances Channel

This role is responsible for leading and expanding bancassurance alliances within the life insurance sector. The position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in building and managing partnerships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to acquire and nurture bancassurance partnerships.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders within partner banks.
Drive sales performance through effective training, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the bancassurance channel.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum of 9 to 14 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
Proven experience in bancassurance sales and alliance management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Deep understanding of life insurance products and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
