Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and operational needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
