Project Manager - Implementation Lead (Non-Technical)

This role focuses on leading the implementation of solutions for clients, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, sales, and support.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications

7 to 12 years of experience in project management.
Experience in leading implementation projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
