Senior Talent Manager

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the evolving needs of our client organizations. The Senior Talent Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and close candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing or recruitment agency.
Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
