Finance Controllership

This role focuses on providing comprehensive financial oversight and control within a dynamic organization. The Controller will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, implementing robust internal controls, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting principles.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Monitor and analyze budget variances, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide financial support and guidance to various departments.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in a controllership or similar financial leadership role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial planning and analysis.
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
