Relationship Manager - Accounts

This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of client accounts.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Preparing and presenting reports on account performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

2 to 7 years of experience in relationship management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
