Lead DevSecOps Engineer

This role is focused on leading and implementing DevSecOps practices to enhance the security and efficiency of software development lifecycles. The Lead DevSecOps Engineer will be responsible for integrating security considerations into every stage of the development process, automating security tasks, and collaborating with development and operations teams to build a robust and secure infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevSecOps pipelines.
Automate security testing and vulnerability management processes.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security best practices.
Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
Monitor and respond to security incidents.
Provide security training and guidance to development teams.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in DevSecOps practices and tooling.
Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
