Senior Lead Senior Stress Engineer

This role involves providing expert-level stress analysis and design support for aerospace structures and components. The Senior Lead Senior Stress Engineer will be responsible for leading stress analysis activities, ensuring design integrity, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed stress analysis using finite element analysis (FEA) software.
Develop and validate stress analysis models and methodologies.
Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure design compliance.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to problem-solving.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
8 to 12 years of experience in stress analysis, preferably in the aerospace industry.
Proficiency in FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
Strong understanding of structural mechanics and materials science.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
