Manager Business Analytics

This role focuses on leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and improve business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business principles, and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Design and build dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure data quality and integrity.

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum 13 to 15 years of experience in business analytics or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning is a plus.
