Exim Officer

This role involves managing and coordinating the import and export processes for the company, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient logistics. The Exim Officer will be responsible for overseeing documentation, customs clearance, and vendor relationships to facilitate smooth international trade operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage import and export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate timely clearance.
Negotiate rates with shipping lines and logistics providers.
Monitor and resolve any issues related to import/export shipments.
Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.
Stay updated on relevant trade regulations and compliance requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications

Experience in import/export operations.
Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
