PHP Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PHP Team Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will involve guiding a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and contributing to the overall technical direction of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers.
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable PHP applications.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Participate in architectural design and technical planning.

Requirements/Qualifications

3 to 8 years of experience in PHP development.
Strong proficiency in PHP and related technologies.
Experience with object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
