Relationship Officer

This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service. The Relationship Officer will be a key point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their concerns and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining a portfolio of client relationships.
Providing excellent customer service and resolving client inquiries.
Identifying and pursuing opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in computer applications.
