Regional Collection Manager

This role involves managing and overseeing the collection process for a designated region, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments and maintaining healthy financial performance. The Regional Collection Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective collection strategies, managing a team of collection professionals, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery rates.
Manage and mentor a team of collection specialists, providing guidance and support.
Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues.
Identify and escalate complex collection cases as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:
