Design Manager - Preconstruction

This role involves overseeing and coordinating the design and preconstruction phases of various projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, budget, and timelines. The Design Manager will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions and prepare comprehensive preconstruction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the design process from concept to completion.
Review architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
