Control-M Technical Trainer

This role involves providing technical training and support for Control-M, a workload automation platform. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure users can effectively utilize Control-M to optimize their business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and documentation.
Conduct training sessions for various audiences, including end-users, administrators, and developers.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Control-M features and functionalities.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in training and technical support roles.
Strong understanding of workload automation concepts.
Experience with Control-M or similar scheduling tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in creating training materials.
