Vice President - Manufacturing Operations

This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of manufacturing operations within a garment export business. The Vice President will lead a team to ensure efficient production, high-quality standards, and timely delivery of goods while adhering to budgetary constraints and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution.
Manage and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and develop a high-performing manufacturing team.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Implement and maintain safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
Identify and implement process improvements and technological advancements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (15-24 years) in manufacturing operations, preferably within the garment or textile industry.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
