Tele Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying and engaging qualified candidates for various positions within our client organizations. The Tele Recruiter will be responsible for proactively sourcing talent, screening applicants, and managing the initial stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
Manage candidate communication and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
