HR Business Partner - Sales Menschen Consulting

This role is focused on providing comprehensive HR support to the sales team, partnering with leadership to drive business objectives and ensure a high-performing, engaged workforce. The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with sales leaders to understand business needs and develop HR strategies to support them.
Provide guidance and support on performance management, including coaching, feedback, and development plans.
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
Support talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications

Significant experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in a sales-driven environment is highly desirable.
